In the role of Aged Care Support Specialist, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding personal care services that positively influence the lives of our residents.

As a valued member of our team, your expertise in providing personalized care will be essential in supporting our residents' well-being. We have openings for both morning and afternoon shifts, and we are looking for candidates to fill these roles.
Your impact will include:
- Delivering personal care in accordance with established care plans.
- Encouraging residents to maintain their independence and make choices about their lives.
- Participating in the development of care plans by sharing your insights and observations.
What You Will Bring
To excel in this position, you should possess:
- A Certificate III in Aged Care or be pursuing a nursing qualification with completed placement stages.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and accurately.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a caregiving role, preferably within the aged care sector.
- A valid NDIS Worker Screening clearance or a willingness to obtain one.
You will stand out if you have:
- Previous experience in the aged care industry.
- The ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Proven decision-making skills, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- A current First Aid certificate.
