Aged Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Helping Hand, a leading provider of aged care services in South Australia. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents and their families.
About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to our residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing support and guidance to Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and person-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality care to residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing support and guidance to Enrolled Nurses and Residential Care Workers.
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and person-centered care.
- Conduct assessments and reviews to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.
- Liaise with family members, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that our residents receive seamless and coordinated care.
What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to be able to operate smartphones and apps, such as Microsoft Outlook, and have a current AHPRA registration. A Bachelor of Nursing qualification and a minimum of 6-12 months of work experience, with experience in aged care highly regarded, is also required.
