Training Compliance and Administration Coordinator
OverviewThis role will support the delivery of accredited and non-accredited programs at a prestigious educational institution. The successful candidate will ensure training operations meet compliance requirements while providing administrative support to trainers, assessors, and internal teams.
The Training Compliance and Administration Coordinator will work closely with various teams to maintain accurate records, meet regulatory obligations, and coordinate day-to-day training activities.
This position offers flexibility and is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting high-quality learner outcomes.
About The RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to fill this key position within our administration team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all aspects of the job are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
This role requires excellent time management skills, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate trainer documentation, professional development records, and compliance with RTO standards.
- Assist with onboarding administration for facilitators, trainers, and assessors.
- Coordinate academic scheduling, trainer allocations, and related administrative tasks.
- Support compliance reporting requirements and regulatory documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate student data entry and record-keeping.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure operational readiness for program delivery.
- Assist in collating and analysing student feedback for quality improvement initiatives.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or equivalent, or experience in a VET compliance/administration role.
- Strong understanding of RTO standards, AQF, and vocational education compliance requirements.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proficient in data entry and managing training records in learning management systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to supporting high-quality learner experiences.
