Responsibilities of a Logistics Care Specialist
  • Resolve customer care notifications and feedback related to logistics for a positive customer experience.
  • Process returns and collaborate with the Warehouse team for timely completion of activities.
  • Record actions taken and characteristics of orders identified as potential failures using relevant systems.
  • Communicate effectively on back-order management.
  • Support Account Managers on logistics-related inquiries.
  • Develop partnerships with transportation, warehouse, and materials management teams.
  • Build trust with field sales to increase productivity and reduce inbound calls from the field.
  • Manage emails in a timely manner.
  • Assist in training new team members.


Requirements for Logistics Care Specialist Position
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Functional knowledge of logistics processes.
  • Solid understanding of related business processes, such as Product Portfolio Management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Good communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple responsibilities.
