Compassionate Home Support Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable individual to assist our Aged Care clients in maintaining their independence at home. As a Community Care Worker, you will provide support with daily living tasks, social interaction, and transportation.
- Assist with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
- Transport clients to appointments, shopping, and other activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
You will be working independently, visiting clients in their homes, and building strong relationships with them and their families.
Requirements- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Australian driver's license
- Reliable vehicle insurance and access to a car
- Certificate III in Aged Care (or willingness to complete through traineeship program)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competitive hourly pay rate + KM reimbursement
