We are one of the only services in the area to facilitate a monthly, fully paid 2-hour staff meeting. This meeting provides an opportunity for connection, support, and training.

We provide access to the mandatory competencies such as CPR training and manual handling training every year at no cost to the employee.

About The Role

We're looking for a qualified worker who is happy to travel and provide support to our clients from Arrawarra to Nambucca Heads.

You will support our clients in a range of services to ensure they can continue to live the life they choose in their local community, including:

  • Shopping and transport to medical appointments
  • Social support and community engagement
  • Assisting with personal care
  • Medication assistance

About You

You have a caring nature and and are a clear and empathetic communicator who is able to build rapport effectively. You can work both autonomously and in a team environment, are extremely organised and adaptable to change. You are looking for stable, flexible and fulfilling work.

If you have the following, we want to hear from you:

  • Cert 3 Individual Support (or similar qualification)
  • Current drivers' license and reliable, insured vehicle.
  • National criminal history/police check (last 3 months)
