Job Title

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Relationship Manager. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and maximizing customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a clear understanding of our value proposition, products and services. They will be able to present this information to customers directly and via participation at industry events.

  • Establish strong relationships with key staff in each defined customer account.
  • Develop a comprehensive account plan and opportunity view for each customer, mapping our products across the customer environment and planning appropriate engagement activities.
  • Maximise the satisfaction and value provided by our services for your customers.
About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Relationship Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities include:

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need to have:

  • A passion for relationship management and customer service.
  • Strong stakeholder and account management skills, with a proven ability to work with internal teams.
  • Experience working with technology-based product and service teams, including business development and execution of sales, account management and customer retention strategies.
  • Knowledge and experience working with customers and partners across multiple sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret technology and market trends to position our products and services effectively with our customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and influencing/negotiation skills.
