We are seeking a seasoned professional to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers.
- They will also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills are essential, as is a current driver's license.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers and visitors at reception, ensuring a positive experience for all.
They will also answer customer inquiries via telephone, email, and in-person, provide support to the manager, and undertake repair inspections on vehicles.
Additionally, they will explore customer needs, educate them on our services, issue invoices, and raise job authorities as required.
The team member will also source suitable resolutions to customer concerns and follow up customer queries.
