As a key member of our retail operations team, we are seeking an experienced allocation and replenishment professional to drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our business by allocating merchandise to stores based on sales trends and customer demand. You will work closely with the retail team to identify opportunities and risks, and provide actionable insights to inform allocation decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate stock to stores based on sales trends and customer demand
  • Maintain accurate store profiles and monitor warehouse stock levels
  • Manage receipts and deliveries into store and DC, and coordinate new store stock packages
  • Analyse sales trends and identify opportunities and risks
  • Consolidate best sellers and fragmented lines
  • Make recommendations based on analysis and communicate effectively with stores and the retail team
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in retail allocations in a similar role
  • Ability to understand data and analytics and make recommendations as a result
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles
  • Proactive approach and strategic thinking
  • Advanced excel skills
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset
