Key Responsibilities

Healthcare professionals will strive to maintain and enhance the health and well-being of our residents while offering them dignity, safety, and independence.

  • An understanding, empathy, appreciation and the ability to promote the values and ethos of our organisation
  • Current unrestricted registration with the relevant authorities
  • Demonstrated experience in aged care preferred
  • The ability to work as part of a team and promote education/leadership in aged care
  • Understanding of and commitment to continuous quality improvement
  • Experience in assessments and developing care plans
  • Assess, plan and implement client care within your scope
  • Create and update care plans to reflect developing needs of our residents
  • An understanding of Quality Standards
  • Demonstrated organisational and time management skills
  • Demonstrated well-developed computer and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in managing your time effectively, including an ability to work autonomously.
