Project Development Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Development Director to join our team in Queensland.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project strategy, launch and delivery, including design and planning submissions and approvals, coordination of project launch, and marketing and sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all aspects of project launch and delivery, including contract administration, reporting, budgeting, risk assessment, monthly reviews, and cash flow management.
  • Develop and deliver on project vision, foster cross-divisional collaboration to maximise overall profitability by leveraging mixed-use capabilities.
  • Work with project teams to improve customer experience and ensure professional and timely management of customer issues.
About You:
  • Degree qualified in a related discipline, preferably residential development.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams with an adaptive leadership style that is collaborative.
  • Project, planning, cost, and risk management expertise, as well as commercial acumen and significant forecasting and financial management.
  • Customer-centric, focus on data analytics and insights to inform decision making.
