We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Service Consultant to join our team at Allianz Australia. As a Claims Service Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a national portfolio of motor claims and handling a high volume of inbound/outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to our customers in a timely manner
- Maintain positive working relationships with external and internal stakeholders and provide the best possible outcomes for our customers
- Understand and adhere to all relevant policies and procedures to mitigate risks and compliance issues
- High level of customer service experience, ideally within a claims environment
- Insurance knowledge/background would be highly desirable
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Confidence to learn, access and use different systems and software
- Strong attention to detail
- A team player attitude, with a focus on supporting and respecting others
