The Site Administrator role is a crucial position within our organization, supporting the Civil division on a complex Water Tank Construction Project.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate site personnel access paperwork and new starter inductions
  • Maintain site rosters, timesheets, and liaise with payroll
  • Assist with travel, accommodation, and training arrangements
  • Manage invoicing, purchasing, and receipting of goods
  • Oversee filing, record keeping, and reporting requirements
  • Maintain office supplies, PPE stock, and consumables
  • Support administrative, accounts, and HSE functions as required

The successful applicant will ideally possess:

  • Previous experience in a similar capacity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in computer systems, particularly MS Excel
  • Experience with high-volume invoicing/purchasing
  • Knowledge of JobPac and TimeTarget (desired)
  • Understanding of Project Bank Accounts reporting (valuable)
