
Clinical Manager

This is an opportunity to lead a team providing critical incident response and onsite services. As a manager, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical services, ensuring key performance indicators are met.
- Manage teams to achieve performance objectives and key performance indicators.
- Quarterly review progress against meeting KPIs and service provision quality.
- Role-model commitment to achieving strategic objectives through leadership and championing business directions.
- Establish relevant KPIs for coordinators and consultants in collaboration with the Chief Clinical Officer, reporting measures and tracking systems.
- Develop positive relationships with key decision-makers at client organisations, participating in client meetings to support clinical service delivery.
- Provide clear processes and engage in continuous improvement activities to maximise quality in service delivery.
- Identify, act and report on complaints where required.
- Ensure consultant compliance with clinical governance and service delivery standards.
- Lead with compassionate support and foster a culture of accountability.
- Contribute to organisational direction and goals.
You will be a registered Psychologist, Social Worker or Counsellor with at least five years' experience in a supervisory role within organisational wellbeing. You will also possess:
- At least 10 years' consulting experience, with minimum four years' experience in critical incident service delivery.
- Proficiency in trauma-informed care and best practice service delivery.
- Minimum five years' leadership experience in a clinical or related field.
- Strong knowledge of emergency care service delivery models and people management within an emergency/critical incident context.
- Strong knowledge of onsite models, including walk-the-floor and individual counselling.
- Demonstrated capability and experience in leading teams to provide client-driven services across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills with decision-making ability, coordination and reactive responses.
- Ability to work independently, managing high volumes and complex tasks.
- Strong decision-making capability around customer risk and exemplary strategic planning skills.
- Proven ability to manage people and influence culture.
- Demonstrated flexibility and initiative to 'think outside the square'.
- Postgraduate qualifications in consulting services.
