Clinic Manager – Australian Skin Clinics Broadmeadows

  • $35 - $40+ per hour (permanent rate of pay) + clinic performance incentives.
  • NO WEEKENDS
  • Monday – Friday role. Full time. 38 hours per week.
  • A purely Management and Leadership focussed role (only required to step into treatments very occasionally).

About the Role

As Clinic Manager, you'll lead and inspire your team of 7 Therapists to deliver an exceptional client experience every time. You'll be responsible for:

  • Driving clinic performance and achieving KPIs.
  • Coaching and developing your team of Therapists and Nurses.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Building strong client relationships and ensuring repeat business.

What You'll Bring:

  • Previous management or leadership experience in beauty, retail, or healthcare.
  • Diploma of Beauty Therapy or Certificate IV in Beauty Therapy (with the ability to step into performing treatments occasionally as required).
  • Strong people leadership and communication skills.
  • A passion for skin, aesthetics, and delivering results for clients.
