Expert Facilitator Sought for Customer Experience Role

Our organization is looking for an experienced facilitator to join our customer experience team in Melbourne.

This role involves delivering training programs, developing learning materials, and providing administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver effective training sessions to new employees
  • Develop measurable outcomes to meet business needs and provide regular updates to stakeholders
  • Use the Learning and Development framework to support employee development plans and deliver on learning objectives
  • Design competency-based assessments aligned with quality and customer experience standards
  • Contribute to the planning and development of training frameworks and assessments

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Learning and Development Specialist
  • Experience in facilitating group training sessions
  • Extensive experience in a customer service environment
  • Ability to plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessing or equivalent qualification desirable
  • Previous contact centre experience also desirable
