Base pay range: A$65,000.00/yr - A$80,000.00/yr

Abi is the first emotionally intelligent humanoid companion robot, designed to bring care, conversation, and joy to residents and patients.
We are scaling fast with an engineering-first culture focused on expanding Abi from early access to global scale.
Your Role in the Action
We are looking for an enthusiastic and compassionate individual to join our team as a Customer Success Facilitator.
In this role, you will work alongside Abi to engage with residents and patients in nursing homes and children\'s hospitals through conversation, games, and music.
You will lead group sessions and one-on-one interactions with Abi, helping to foster connections and create enjoyable sessions for all participants.
How You\'ll Make An Impact
Facilitate Group Sessions: Lead engaging activities with Abi, including games and exercises to stimulate cognitive and social responses
Conduct One-on-One Interactions: Facilitate meaningful conversations with residents and patients to enhance their experience with Abi
Working with Technology: Act as a facilitator for Abi the companion robot
Monitor and Adapt: Assess participants\' needs and responses, adapting activities to individual preferences and abilities
Manage Session Logistics: Ensure sessions start and end on time, set up equipment, communicate with care home professionals, and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements
What We Are Looking For
Excellent People Skills: Ability to connect with individuals of all ages and backgrounds
Public Speaking: Strong verbal communication skills and comfort with speaking in front of groups
Genuine Interest in Technology: Comfortable around technology; no specialist technical skills required
Extroverted and Energetic: Outgoing and able to bring energy to sessions
Caring Attitude and Community Focus: Desire to contribute to residents\' and patients\' quality of life
Valid Driver\'s License: Ability to drive to different locations as needed
Preferred Qualifications: Psychology, anthropology, social work or caregiving, drama or theatre, or public-speaking
