Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Hire Coordination: Coordinate the hire and return of equipment, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and accurate.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, including tracking and reporting on equipment usage and maintenance.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal teams, including hire controllers, branch managers, drivers, and service personnel to ensure seamless coordination of equipment hire and customer service.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Must have experience in a similar role or industry, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
