Key Role: Sales Support Coordinator

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the sales director and team by managing CRM records, preparing documents, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth sales processes.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update CRM records with leads, client interactions, and opportunities
  • Prepare quotes, proposals, sales documentation, and presentations for clients
  • Coordinate meetings, communications, and follow-ups with clients to ensure timely responses
  • Support directors and sales team members with reporting, diary management, and travel bookings to optimize productivity
  • Track sales pipeline, deal status, and key deadlines to ensure effective time management
  • Assist with client onboarding and maintain contact databases to foster strong relationships
  • Provide light marketing support with presentations, social media, and website updates to enhance brand presence
  • Ensure sales processes adhere to internal procedures and brand standards to maintain quality and consistency
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related commercial role, preferably with administration or operation management background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure
  • A proactive individual with a growth mindset, willing to learn and complete training as needed
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and manage competing demands
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital marketing tools (Mailchimp, Canva, Meta Business Suite)
