Job Title: Sport Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the development and leading of the College's vision for sport, Secondary camps and extra-curricular physical activity participation levels by designing and implementing effective strategies.
- Develop partnerships with students, parents and staff to foster a supportive sporting environment through collaborative efforts.
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Team to ensure facilities are ready for sporting activities by conducting regular facility inspections.
- Assist with the promotion of sport and Secondary camps through various communication platforms by creating engaging content.
- Coordinate annual College carnivals that engage students and contribute to a positive culture by planning and executing successful events.
- Organise and transport all equipment for carnivals by coordinating logistics.
- Coordinate communication and administration for eligible students attending trials by maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain knowledge of trial dates and communicate with students and parents by providing timely updates.
- Promote team sport participation and coordinate staff involvement by promoting the benefits of team sports.
- Organise trials for team selection and support coaches by providing guidance and resources.
