Releases are a crucial aspect of our company's infrastructure, enabling us to power a stronger economic future by facilitating a fair and dynamic marketplace for all.

In this role, you'll be part of a leading global securities exchange with a strong brand, known for being a trusted market operator and an exciting data hub.

You'll collaborate with stakeholders across Architecture, Information Security, Finance, Risk, Compliance, QE&T to build out comprehensive KPIs, metrics, and SLAs to measure the performance and success rates of Releases.

Additionally, you'll manage knowledgebase of standards, training material, etc., and identify opportunities for cloud efficiency enhancements across the organization.

With experience in highly regulated financial environments and working in a cross-functional, agile delivery team, you'll be comfortable presenting at various forums and to senior stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working in large, critical infrastructure projects
  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, testing, deploying, and controlling software releases.
  • Expertise in Release Management across a range of environments from legacy on-prem environments through to contemporary container-based Cloud workloads.
  • Experience with software version control, branching strategy, and dependency management.
  • Knowledge of release management principles, methodologies, and tools.
