Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our test environment and release management efforts.


This role demands close collaboration with various teams, including technology, operations support, and business units, as well as external vendor teams to ensure adherence to best practices in configuration and release management.


The manager will be responsible for end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of code, configuration, and infrastructure releases within the organization. This includes overseeing third-party vendor integrations and managing non-production environments.


A key responsibility of this role is to establish and maintain a governance framework for configuration deployment and release management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of code, configuration, and infrastructure releases.
  • Oversee third-party vendor integrations and manage non-production environments.
  • Establish and maintain a governance framework for configuration deployment and release management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure adherence to best practices.

Requirements
  • ITIL Framework Knowledge: In-depth understanding of ITIL practices, particularly Release Management, Change Management, and Service Transition.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and relevant tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Jira).
  • Demonstrated experience in IT release management, environment management, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within the DevOps CI/CD ecosystem.
