Job Title: Immigration Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in Australian immigration law and a desire to build a career in this field, potentially pursuing further studies. Key responsibilities include assisting the Senior Registered Migration Agent with case preparation and management, preparing and collating documents for visa applications, and liaising directly with clients.

This role is primarily based in our office, where you will be working as part of a dynamic team to support the smooth and efficient management of client cases. The successful candidate will have previous experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar administrative role, with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Senior Migration Agent with case preparation and management
  • Preparing and collating documents for visa applications

  • Maintaining accurate client records and databases
  • Managing critical deadlines and ensuring timely submission of all applications and supporting documents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • A keen interest in Australian immigration law and a desire to build a career in this field
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient computer skills; experience with migration software is desirable
