You will provide vital support to our Senior Registered Migration Agent, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of client cases.
- Assist the Senior Migration Agent with case preparation and management.
- Prepare and collate documents for visa applications.
- Liaise directly with clients, providing updates on their application status and answering queries.
- Maintain accurate client records and databases.
- Manage critical deadlines and ensure timely submission of all applications and supporting documents.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the migration team.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- A keen interest in Australian migration law and a desire to build a career in this field.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient computer skills; experience with Migration Manager or similar case management software is desirable.
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
