Nursing Care Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled nursing professional to join our community healthcare team in a full-time position working a rotating roster, including weekend and evening shifts.

About the Role

The Nursing Care Specialist will provide high-quality patient care in home or clinic settings using an individualized approach that prioritizes each patient's unique needs and preferences.

Your Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and medication management for patients to ensure optimal health outcomes
  • Liaise with multidisciplinary healthcare teams and collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver holistic patient care
  • Provide wound management, palliative care, and catheter management services as needed

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence
