Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional service as a Bar Manager in a premium or hatted environment.
  • Create, develop, and execute a premium cocktail menu that delights guests and elevates their experience.
  • Manage labor, ordering, stock control, and cost management to drive profitability.
  • Ensure compliance and safety with responsible service of alcohol and licensing regulations.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate a team to consistently deliver outstanding products and guest service.
  • Develop knowledge of international and Australian wines, with a WSET certification preferred.
