At Mercure Sydney, we're seeking a skilled Bar Manager to lead our Eve's Bar team. As a key member of our Food and Beverage department, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Set and maintain high standards for our bar operations
- Manage a team of hospitality professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to promote our bar
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging promotions and events
- Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing guidelines and policies

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in a food and beverage outlet
