About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our newly revamped venue at Spice Temple Sydney. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the bar operations, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.

Requirements

  • WSET certification is highly regarded.
  • Experience in premium bar operations in a management role.
  • Expertise in beverage menu development and innovation.
  • Able to manage both the bar and the service on the bar floor.
  • Previous experience with opening and closing procedures.
  • A hands-on leader who is not afraid to get behind the bar and work alongside the team.
  • Experience in developing and mentoring staff.
