The primary objective of this position is to provide top-notch clinical care and support to residents in a reputable aged care facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality clinical care and support to residents in line with best practice standards.
- Monitor, assess, and manage resident health needs, including medication administration and wound care.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure residents' wellbeing and comfort.
- Promote independence, dignity, and quality of life for all residents.
- Educate and support families, carers, and staff on care-related matters.
- Maintain compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- A current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse is mandatory.
- Previous experience in aged care is highly regarded but not essential.
- An NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain) is necessary.
- Australian working rights or sponsorship may be available for the right candidate.
