About the Role

The Client Success team is a vital component of Gartner's mission to empower clients in achieving their strategic objectives. As a Client Success Associate, you will serve as a key liaison between our clients and various stakeholders within Gartner.

Your primary responsibility will be to drive seamless communication forums, ensuring regular attendance and effective execution of action points. You will possess an in-depth knowledge of Gartner's products and services, enabling you to provide expert guidance and recommendations tailored to our clients' needs.

As a conduit, coach, expert, facilitator, and problem solver, you will play a pivotal role in delighting our clients. Your exceptional relationship-building skills will enable you to form strong bonds with senior C-level executives, junior professionals, and HR executives across various business functions and companies.

You will regularly meet with clients to understand their business priorities and recommend tailored programs that drive high value, client retention, and return on investment. This may involve partnering with Sales to onboard new clients and collaborating with internal Gartner colleagues to maximize the value we deliver to our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS ACROSS VARIOUS BUSINESS FUNCTIONS AND COMPANIES
  • METTING REGULARLY WITH CLIENTS TO UNDERSTAND THEIR BUSINESS PRIORITIES AND RECOMMEND TAILORED PROGRAMS
  • PARTNERING WITH SALES TO ONBOARD NEW CLIENTS AND MAXIMIZE THE VALUE WE DELIVER TO OUR CLIENTS
