Job Description

Monadelphous is seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our Queensland Operations on a 6-month contract. The successful candidate will provide specialist expertise in power station shutdown and major maintenance scheduling, ensuring the delivery of an integrated schedule using Primavera 6.

About the Role
  • Provide concise information and advice relating to scheduling and project management support.
  • Use Primavera to optimise schedules to minimise risk and maximise value to reflect the shutdown priorities and business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the Power Generation industry and be highly proficient in P6. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management skills, and a proven track record of maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and update the shutdown and major maintenance schedules in accordance with the project requirements.
  2. Liaise with clients to obtain information for scheduling and project management support.
  3. Assist with the set-up and management of the project costs, budgets, claims and forecasts.
