About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated planning processes for assigned projects and bids. This includes the creation and management of project schedules, as well as ensuring that resource allocation aligns with client expectations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date project schedules, ensuring timely completion and alignment with client requirements.
  • Implement and manage integrated planning processes, including Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
  • Critical path analysis, S-curve, and progress reporting to ensure effective project monitoring and control.
  • Support project teams in the development of project execution plans, ensuring scope clarity and effective resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial management and reporting.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project planning, preferably in the rail industry.
  • Expert knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
