  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and boost sales.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
  • Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with budgeting and inventory management.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
