About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Linde. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders and respond to requests for information and pricing in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up on sales and technical enquiries to maximize sales success and liaise with key stakeholders as required.
- Apply sound judgment when making decisions and seek guidance from senior colleagues when necessary.
- Promote new products and initiatives to customers and develop and maintain in-store displays and promotional materials.
- Manage stock levels and dispatch and receive goods in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure safe manual handling of gas cylinders and have a basic understanding of welding and industrial products.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail sales environment with a strong focus on customer service and team player mentality.
- Confidence in presenting our product range to customers and excellent time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and industrial and safety equipment knowledge would be highly advantageous.
- Proven commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
