About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at 4WD Supacentre. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Engagement: Proactively greet and interact with customers, understanding their needs and preferences related to our product range.
  • Product Knowledge: Demonstrate and explain products, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs.
  • Sales Processing: Process sales through the POS system, collect payments, and manage returns in accordance with company policy.
  • Inventory Management: Retrieve products from the sales floor, stock room, or other inventory locations as required, and consistent with internal safety processes.
