Job Title:Sales Director - Commercial Growth
About the Role:

This key leadership position oversees the commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and leading a team to develop strategic customer partnerships across Australia, New Zealand, and the US. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping sales strategies, building high-value relationships, and identifying new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the commercial strategy to drive revenue growth and business expansion
  • Develop and maintain high-value customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Negotiate complex deals and build strategic partnerships

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of progressive sales experience with 5+ years in leadership
  • Strong background in the electricity utilities sector
  • Proven ability to negotiate complex deals and build strategic partnerships
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with the Australian energy market and regulatory landscape
