Job Description

The role of ERP Finance Transformation Lead entails leading the finance domain of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation for a luxury retail group. This position requires collaboration with stakeholders, including the core ERP team and vendor/implementation partner.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating artefacts and business processes, functional requirements and data flows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Co-designing business processes, functionality and data architecture
  • Process analysis and identification of business impact
  • Collaborating with ERP vendors and internal finance teams to align business needs and solutions
  • Managing the Finance ERP business cases
  • Acting as the conduit between the ERP program and Retail Operations
  • Championing change management and supporting user adoption
  • Supporting quality assurance, testing, and training activities
  • Developing Finance functional requirements, standard operating procedures and high level test plans
  • Providing support during system cutover and deployment
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations/focusing on Finance
  • Experience in the following modules: Budgeting, AR/AP, Reporting, Inventory, and group financial consolidation
  • Experience in luxury retail is highly desirable
  • 10+ years in business process, functional and data capability analysis and design
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, JIRA, and agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM)
  • CA/CPA qualification would be preferred
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills
