Job Title: Experienced Clinical Nurse

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality patient care in the community. As a member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provide tailored nursing assessments, clinical care, and evaluations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver quality nursing services to meet the needs of clients
  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments to identify client needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families on disease management and self-care
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited institution
  • Currrent registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
  • Valid driver's license and comprehensive insurance
  • First Aid Level 2 and CPR certification
