• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external contractors for the best outcomes.
• Lead projects from planning through to completion, keeping safety, budgets, program, and quality on track.
• Lead site teams and collaborate well with other Bayswater team members including WHSEQ Managers, Contracts Administrators, Estimators and Project Coordinators.
• Ensure WHSEQ standards remain excellent from pre-start to handover.

What You'll Bring

• Experience with Government sectors preferred.
• Sound knowledge of BCA, NCC, and Australian Standards.
• Solid Project Management experience in the construction industry.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• IT proficient with the ability to use systems like Buildsoft, Procore, Bluebeam, 1Breadcrumb and Microsoft Office Suite including Projects.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Australian citizenship and eligibility to apply for an Australian Defence Pass.
• Remuneration will be assessed on experience.
