Overview

Join to apply for the Marketing and Sales Executive role at Nestlé. This is an opportunity to learn about sales and marketing across the Nestlé Pacific Islands (NPI) markets and to develop a well‑rounded understanding of marketing and sales strategies across the Pacific Islands.

Responsibilities
  • Support key national consumer promotions through the implementation of agreed plans and budgets, the management of premiums and POSM, and coordination of all post‑activity implementation analysis
  • Manage the marketing activation of Nestlé Breakfast Cereals across all four markets, starting with the Brand Plan in ICP, the respective I&R pipelines, and the coordination of inter‑market suppliers to create synergies while ensuring the brand's nutrition, health and wellness is reinforced
  • Project management tracking, coordinating the Innovation & Renovation meetings with the markets and factory teams, management of minutes and action plans, and close coordination with Technical regarding on‑time, in‑full delivery of cost‑effective solutions
  • Complete Brand pricing reports for all NPI markets, identifying issues and points for further discussion
  • Monitor spend and sales; provide updates to key stakeholders
  • Track and report monthly stock cover for each NPI market, highlighting issues and actions
  • SAP management for the creation of innovative new products
  • Customer relationships and sales management for a number of broker customers importing Nestlé products to Pacific Markets
What will make you successful?
  • A tertiary qualification in Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including confident presentation abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen
