Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing a portfolio of SME clients, managing daily servicing, renewals, and endorsements.
- Responding to new business inquiries from SMEs and working alongside our senior broking team to deliver optimal solutions.
- Assisting senior brokers with corporate advisory clients, including conducting renewal review meetings, business interruption calculations, risk review reports, and preparing renewal reports and insurance manuals.
- Supporting senior brokers on complex accounts, such as major ISR, Liability, and Professional Indemnity placements.
- Engaging with insurers both domestically and internationally to secure the best value for our clients.
- Managing claims and negotiating with insurers to ensure favorable outcomes.
We seek candidates with:
- ASIC RG146 Tier 1 (Insurance Broking) qualification or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in general/commercial insurance.
- Strong product knowledge across key lines, including Home & Landlords, Private & Commercial Motor, Business Pack, and SME insurance lines.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Experience with INSIGHT, Steadfast, and Officetech software (preferred).
