Our client is a reputable and leading professional service provider within the Sales and Marketing Sector. They are a company known for their commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. They are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join the finance team and contribute to our ongoing success.

**Your new role**
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our operational and financial systems, including their features, functionality, and limitations.
- Ensure the efficiency of internal processes and adapt them as we develop new products.
- Handle accrued expenses and revenue with precision and accuracy.
- Conduct bank reconciliation's and efficiently process refunds for various insurance accounts and bank accounts.
- Monitor, code, and enter credit card transactions
- Prepare commission reports to accurately track and report sales performance.
- Oversee the coding and entry process for accounts payable (AP) invoices.
- Monitor, check, and process claim payments in the bank.
- Prepare and deliver financial information and analysis in response to management requests.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with individuals at all levels and both internal and external stakeholders.
- A proactive self-starter who excels at working independently and within a team.
- Keen attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset, capable of setting priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
