Training Facilitator
- This is a key role in our organisation, responsible for delivering project-specific training and coordinating the administration of training for employees and contractors.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating site inductions, ship onboarding inductions and compliance training, as well as managing the coordination and administration of training.
- The role requires strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to working in different environments and interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver high-quality project-specific training, including site inductions, ship onboarding inductions and compliance training.
- Coordinate the administration of training, including record keeping and communication with stakeholders.
- Liaise with training providers to arrange training and coordinate the booking process.
- Support the development of training-related documentation and assist in the development of project infrastructure.
- Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in training facilitation and coordination.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to different environments.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
- High level of attention to detail, particularly in data management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
