Training Facilitator

  • This is a key role in our organisation, responsible for delivering project-specific training and coordinating the administration of training for employees and contractors.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating site inductions, ship onboarding inductions and compliance training, as well as managing the coordination and administration of training.
  • The role requires strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to working in different environments and interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality project-specific training, including site inductions, ship onboarding inductions and compliance training.
  • Coordinate the administration of training, including record keeping and communication with stakeholders.
  • Liaise with training providers to arrange training and coordinate the booking process.
  • Support the development of training-related documentation and assist in the development of project infrastructure.
  • Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in training facilitation and coordination.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to adapt to different environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at all levels.
