Key Role in Health Safety Team

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage a site's health and wellbeing network, demonstrate visible leadership, and coordinate injury management and return to work programs.

This role encompasses a wide range of injury management and HS related matters, engaging with staff across the business at varying levels.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a professional Injury Management and Rehabilitation role, preferably within the coal mining industry, and hold a Return to Work Certification or similar.

The successful candidate will be genuinely passionate about and committed to workplace rehabilitation and the well-being of our workforce.

Responsibilities include:

  • Injury management and coordination of return to work programs
  • Demonstrating visible leadership in the health and wellbeing network
  • Engaging with staff across the business at varying levels

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a professional Injury Management and Rehabilitation role
  • PREFERRED: Return to Work Certification or similar
