Job Title: Sales Executive

At Heat and Control Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and executing sales plans and proposals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the technical equipment industry.
  • Demonstrated pipeline management, sales, customer relationship management (CRM), and account management experience.
  • Mechanical qualification or aptitude is essential for the success of the role.
  • Track record of consistently reaching sales targets.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate to advanced level of computer literacy and experience with CRM reporting.
  • Initiative to act beyond specific job responsibilities to achieve objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize and effectively manage time to optimize the time spent in achieving objectives.
Work Environment:
  • Working within the Sales Team at our Sydney office, located at Northmead, Sydney.
  • Free onsite parking.
