  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the commercial real estate market, competitive landscape and relevant regulatory changes.
  • Partner closely with investment professionals, analysts and portfolio managers to achieve objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and internal policies governing commercial lending.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in commercial real estate lending with a strong track record of originating large commercial mortgages over $7.5 million.
  • Strong knowledge of loan structuring, underwriting and documentation.
  • Excellent financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • Established industry network.
  • Proven business development and sales skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
