Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join our team as a Senior AR Officer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and reconciliations, and will play a key role in maintaining accurate records in ERP systems to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in ERP systems to ensure timely collection of outstanding payments while maintaining positive client relationships.
  • Prepare and analyse accounts receivable reports for management review, identifying areas for improvement and implementing process enhancements to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy, providing support to other finance functions when necessary.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in large ERP software and strong technical accounting knowledge, preferably in the FMCG industry or similar sectors.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with clients and internal teams, with a relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
