We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Donor Centre Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service to our donors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve collection targets and meet key performance indicators
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members
  • Ensure a safe and supportive environment for donors
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading medium to large-sized teams in a clinical environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse (preferred but not essential)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
