Resident-Centred Aged Care Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Aged Care professional to lead our team on a permanent full-time basis.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Quality Care Standards: Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality care processes and documentation, maintaining the highest standards in our organisation.
- Create a Positive Work Environment: Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and inclusivity among residents and staff, promoting resident participation in decision-making processes.
- Benchmark Team Performance: Recruit, train, and retain talented individuals who embody our values and commitment to resident-centred care, driving excellence in our service.
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive operational plans, closely monitor performance metrics, and implement cost-effective strategies to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Innovative Management: Demonstrate adaptability, innovation, and a commitment to continuous learning, inspiring positive change throughout the organisation.
- Efficient Time Management: Maintain a punctual environment, including clinical and non-clinical matters, enhancing resident living standards and overall organisational performance.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within Aged Care settings is essential for this role.
- Proven operational management expertise, encompassing budgeting, rostering, recruitment & retention, clinical & nonclinical management, and overall service performance and reputation.
- AHPRA registration with significant leadership experience is advantageous for candidates applying for this position.
