We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the smooth operation of a large aged care facility. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional person-centered care and customer service.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with governance standards, managing staff, and implementing effective strategies to improve resident outcomes.
This role offers a unique chance to make a positive impact on the lives of elderly residents and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
What We Are Looking For- A valid registration with AHPRA
- Experience in preparing clinical assessments, care plans, AN-AAC and accreditation compliance and documentation
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to meet resident needs
- A NDIS Workers Screening Clearance
- A COVID-19 Vaccine record
- A dedicated Quality & Education team providing ongoing support
